At Forest School for Life, we provide outstanding forest school education for children aged 6 months all the way to 14 years, creating a seamless learning journey that nurtures confident, world-ready individuals.
As a sustainable setting, we embed environmental responsibility into every aspect of our curriculum. Our innovative Bigger Than Us approach inspires children to explore, create, and make a difference, through restoring wildlife on our expansive 20-acre site, learning eco-friendly practices, and tackling global challenges like sustainability.
By integrating the six principles of Forest School and the seven EYFS areas of learning, we cultivate a rich, immersive environment that fosters curiosity, courage, and compassion. Young learners build resilience, emotional intelligence, and physical strength through our child-led approach, empowering them to truly be themselves.

I hope you fall in love with our setting, just as we practitioners and countless families have. “For life” isn’t just a phrase, it’s a promise. Time spent in nature from the very start has a lasting impact, allowing children to grow into adults who feel at home in the natural world, leading healthier, more balanced lives.
We’ve lovingly created this space with a deep sense of warmth and belonging.
Every child deserves joy, wonder, and freedom while away from home. We want them to feel safe and cherished, to play with confidence, and to take ownership of their own nature spaces. Most of all, we want them to grow into kind-hearted individuals, with love for themselves, for others, and for this precious earth.
